V9 Alert
Haai,
So after a weekend of releases, here’s another one.
V9 Alert.
You can see it live in action on the home page of themoo down the right hand side. Basically, it’s like making a short post, things that don’t actually warrant a full post to be made IE ‘Gallery updated’.
You add, edit and delete alerts via the wordpress control panel to make admin easy.

-Fixed problems with hyperlinks in edit mode.
Older versions:
0.1b
-Took out the hyperlink style so you can add your own
Installation is easy, upload the alert folder and run the install.php
Move v9alert.php over to your plugins folder
Check that everything works
Delete the install.php file
That’s it!

I can’t download your plugin, because the URL gives me an 404 error.

Any guidance on how to make the alert box show up in the sidebar?
just add
“< ?php v9_callalert(); ? >” (minus the space between the < and ? at the beginning and ? and > at the end)
wherever you want the alert to show
