Good Coffee
Making a good cup of coffee is an art. Something that is perfected over time. Something that needs a few bad cups before you find the combination that suits your taste.
I enjoy it dark, strong and sweet with a tea spoon of milk when making it from instant coffee. But the god of all coffee creations has to be making it from a proper coffee machine, with ground beans and frothed milk. Now usually to get this heaven sent java, you would have to goto a coffee shop and have them make it the way they know how. While this is the right path to good coffee, there is still one problem. Yes you can put the sugar in and ask for milk etc. to make it more your own creation, but you are still not making it. You are not in control of how you want it from scratch.
And this my friends is the only reason for every coffee lover to get their own coffee machine.
This is probably the most used appliance in my kitchen at the moment with it pumping out at least 8 cups a day. With this beauty I enjoy my java the way it was intended for me. Lattes, Cappuccinos, Cafe Mocha, Espresso - whatever I want, when I want it, how I want it.
This my friends, is good coffee.
